“Today, the darkness comes and goes; but today, we’ve been given a doorway into The Light.”

Three readings. A song that says the rest. And inspiration for whatever this day is here to teach.

A Deep Breath of Life

Alan Cohen

We came to earth with talents, intuitions, and visions. As we follow them, we draw to ourselves all the material and spiritual support we need. If abundance does not seem to be flowing our way, ask yourself if there is something that you would love to be doing more than what you are doing? Have you had intuitions or secret dreams that you have not acted on? When we do what we love, we will be serving others in the highest capacity, feel fulfilled, and enjoy the support of the universe! Today, God, give me the courage to follow my heart. Help me do what You would have me do, that I might enjoy the fullness of all Your blessings.

Emptiness Dancing

Adyashanti

When you allow yourself to return to your true nature, in the stillness, you’re not wanting anything to happen. There is a natural sinking, a deepening into the source of being. It’s very quiet; then and only then do you start to sense The presence. It is not a dead quiet; we sense an aliveness. It permeates everywhere. True quiet is a brightness, a new awareness, an aliveness in a deep sense of Love.

Twenty-Four Hours a Day

Hazelden Foundation

Meditation for the Day ‘Calmness is constructive of good. Agitation is destructive of good. I should not rush into action. I should first "Be still and know that He is God." Only trust in God can keep me calm when all around me are agitated. God directs me through my conscience. Calmness is trust in action. Help me to seek all things that can help me to cultivate calmness. To attain material things, the world learns to attain speed. To attain spiritual things, I must learn to attain a state of calm. Prayer for the Day I pray that I may learn how to have inner peace. I pray that I may be calm, so that God can work through me.’
