A Wave

“if it hadn’t been for the Gift of Desperation and friends like Stan, I would have acted out on all of my feelings in a most destructive way.”

Three readings. A song that says the rest. And inspiration for whatever this day is here to teach.

Thought for the Day

Thought for the Day “We're not sure we can go a lifetime without feeling self-pity, anger, or resentment. But we can let go as these feelings crop up; we don’t have to be held captive by them all day. By living one day at a time, we become more sure of our strength. We have tapped into a New Power to change things only in the present. Prayer for the Day Higher Power, You are found in the moment. You are here. I too will stay in the moment. Action for the Day Today, I will ground myself in Your presence. I'll trust You and let go; to not worry or dwell about the past or the future.”

Meditation of the Day

Meditation of the Day “I will be of help to others all I can. Every troubled soul that God puts in my path is the one for me to help. As I sincerely try to help, a supply of strength will flow into me from God. My circle of helpfulness will widen more and more. God hands out the spiritual food to me and I pass it on to others. I must never say that I have only enough strength for my own needs. The more I give away, the more I will keep. Prayer for the Day I pray that I may have a sincere willingness to give. I pray that I may not hold back the strength I have received for myself alone.”
