“It's the old cliché. You go into a group looking for a way of processing the grief you are dealing with. And then you end up helping others with their pain and helping yourself. The power of these shared experiences in those meetings is amazing.”

“The spontaneity, emotion & sharing memories of our past times together brought love, compassion, understandings, and humor!”
Three readings. A song that says the rest. And inspiration for whatever this day is here to teach.

Everyday Wisdom for a Transformed Life
“So welcome mystical experience when/if it comes, but don't measure your life by it, judging yourself neither as a spiritual hero nor loser. What matters is letting the awareness of your inherent union with God flow into every part of your life. The only way to do this is to die to self; for us, it happens slowly, steadily, day-by-day through contemplation and letting go.”
Twenty-Four Hours a Day
Meditation for the Day “There seems to be a right way to live and a wrong way. You can make a practical test. When you live the right way, things seem to work out well for you. When you live the wrong way, things seem to work out badly for you. We seem to take out of life about what we put into it. If we disobey the laws of nature, the chances are that we will be unhealthy. If we disobey spiritual and moral laws, the chances are that we will be unhappy. By following the laws of nature and the spiritual laws of honesty, purity, unselfishness, and love, we can expect to be reasonably healthy and happy. Prayer for the Day I pray that I may try to live the right way. I pray that I may follow the path that leads to a better life.”
