“Gratitude filled my heart.”

Three readings. A song that says the rest. And inspiration for whatever this day is here to teach.

A Deep Breath of Life

Alan Cohen

"If you're true to yourself, the world will acknowledge and support you. If you seek fame and glory, your values are inside out; you're only setting yourself up for struggle, frustration and pain. Instead, seek to serve, and your happiness is ensured and the world will bless you with peace. Today, help me remember that my inner integrity is far more important than worldly glory; that I may continue to dedicate myself to authenticity and trust it will open doors to prosperity in every way.”

Discover Your Spiritual DNA

“In Kabbalah, the "inner spark" (Nitzotz, נִיצוֹץ) is a divine fragment of the Creator residing within every human soul. This internal light acts as a spiritual compass, driving us to seek true meaning and to be authentic. Acknowledging our holy inner spark enables us to recognize the inner divide between the true self and the external ego. And as we continue to develop, enlarge and honor our nitzotz נִיצוֹץ, we overcome efforts of our ego, or opponent to grow to fulfill our truest purpose.”

Meditation for the Day & Prayer for the Day

Meditation for the Day “Refilling with the spirit is something we need every day. For this refilling with the spirit, we need these times of quiet communion - away, alone, without noise, without activity. We need this dwelling apart, this shutting ourselves away in the very secret place of our being, away alone with our Maker. From these times of communion, we come forth with new power. This refilling is the best preparation for effective work. When we are spiritually filled, there is no work too hard to do. Prayer for the Day Today, I pray that I may be daily refilled with the right spirit. I pray that I may be full of the joy of true living.”
