A Wave

“My problem all along was the proper use of willpower.”

Three readings. A song that says the rest. And inspiration for whatever this day is here to teach.

Sacred Space

Alexander Massey

A "Nigunim" is Hebrew for "melody" or "tune". It applies to music that is music beyond words, music that travels. It's music that wants to dance and to cry. A "Nigunim" flies to all the heights of the human spirit and sinks to all the depths. Prayer is that symphony. As we step into this chamber of deep human music, let us begin by silently tuning up; to see ourselves as players in the symphony of life.

The End of the Seeking

Ramesh S. Balsekar

The only way the thinking mind can be stilled is if there is the total unconditional acceptance that there is no ‘self’ in any happening. The paradox is that it usually takes single-pointed intention and intense, sustained effort to be able to slow the 'me’ processes down enough to experience this always present ground of being. The key transformative shift in identity or awakening to happen is often in the complete failure of our chosen method and the exhaustion of all efforts. It is then we are most likely to finally relinquish our tightly held grip on the personal identity and, seemingly against all odds, find our way home.
