A Wave

February 2, 2025

“Something miraculous happened! Love, Grace, and forgiveness entered my heart.”

Three readings. A song that says the rest. And inspiration for whatever this day is here to teach.

Transformation through Fear

“Take a look at your past actions. Every time we’ve cause another harm – physical, emotional, or otherwise – we’ve made a rift in our connection to the Light. Sooner or later we’ll see the effect of our actions. We do not have to not see them as punishment for selfishness. When we examine our fears & resentments on a deeper level, we discover valuable information about ourselves that can lead to transformation. The spiritual transformation only truly comes about when we are pushing ourselves beyond our comfort zones, trusting in Your Love and wonder. Today, show us the paths that we are afraid to explore and the doorways we need to walk through.”

A Deep Breath of Life

Alan Cohen

“Many of us have lived a long time in a world much smaller than the one that is available to us. Walking into the rooms of recovery showed us there’s an entire unexplored world available to us. We often tread the familiar path, settle into routine relationships, to find security in the known; we miss out on what could be. Today, God, help me to continue to open my consciousness and to step out beyond the known; to embrace all of the riches of Your love and wonder.”

Twenty-Four Hours a Day

Meditation for the Day “I will practice love, because lack of love will block the way. I will try to see good in all people, those I like and also those who fret me and go against the grain. They are all children of God. I will try to give love; otherwise, how can I dwell in God's spirit whence nothing unloving can come? I will try to get along with all people, because the more love I give away, the more I will have. Prayer for the Day I pray that I may do all I can to love others, in spite of their many faults. I pray that as I love, so will I be loved.”
