“If you’re going through any turmoil, tough times, or hell, keep going.”

Three readings. A song that says the rest. And inspiration for whatever this day is here to teach.

A Deep Breath of Life

Alan Cohen

“Every great invention or world transformation was once considered impossible. The word "Impossible" is a momentary & illusory belief in limitation. In recovery, we are asked to expand our vision and to live in an infinite universe. Today, help me to remember Your ability to manifest my good. I say “yes” to love and welcome Your answer of yes to me.”

THE GIFT OF BONDING

“Many times in my alcoholic state, I drank to establish a bond between myself and others, but I succeeded only in establisihing the bondage of alcoholic loneliness. In recovery, I have received the gift of bonding - with those who were there before me, with those who are there now, and with those yet to come. For this gracious & priceless gift from God, I am forever grateful.”

Twenty-Four Hours a Day

Meditation For The Day “Never yield to the weariness of the spirit. At times, the world's cares and distractions will intrude and the spirit will become weak. At times like this, carry on and soon the spirit will become strong again. God's spirit is always with you, to replenish and renew. Physical weariness & exhaustion make a time of rest and communion with God more necessary. When overcome by temporary conditions that I cannot control, remind me to keep quiet and wait for Your Power of the spirit to flow back. Prayer For The Day I pray that I may not speak or act in the midst of emotional upheaval. Just for today, I pray that I may wait until the tempest is past.”
