A Wave

April 29, 2025

“Looking back, maybe it really was Fate to walk into the doors of recovery?”

Three readings. A song that says the rest. And inspiration for whatever this day is here to teach.

Ripples of Loving Action

Richard Rohr

“The contemplative path isn’t primarily about learning—it’s about living. Through contemplation, we begin to see differently, to love more deeply, and to act with courage. Today as I reflect back, I am immensely grateful for how God has used all of my strivings, my success & my failures to keep me reaching deeper into relationship with Him. The more I reflect, the more I think, “God, you were so gracious and patient with me! I didn’t always get it right, but You still used me. You have always been there for me.””

Twenty-Four Hours a Day

Meditation for the Day “The rule of God's kingdom is perfect order, perfect harmony, perfect supply, perfect love, perfect honesty, perfect obedience. There is no discord in God's kingdom, only some things still unconquered in God's children. The difficulties of life are caused by disharmony in the individual man or woman. People lack power because they lack harmony with God and with each other. They think that God fails because power is not manifested in their lives. God does not fail. People fail because they are out of harmony with Him. Prayer for the Day I pray that I may be in harmony with God and with other people. I pray that this harmony will result in strength and success.”
